At HomeAreaRugs.com, we desire our customers to be 100% satisfied with their new rug. If for any reason you are not (the color isn’t what you hoped for, the size isn’t right, you simply changed your mind), you may return or exchange the item for a full refund up to 30 days after product delivery. You must contact us through our page or by email at email@example.com within 10 days of the date of delivery, and our Customer Service professionals will take care of your needs and provide you with a Return to Manufacturer number (RMA).
When you contact us please include:
- Your order number
- The item number of the rug you wish to return
- Your name, shipping address, telephone number and email address
- Reason for returning the product
We will respond with an RMA and further shipping instructions. It will be very important that the RMA is written on the outside of the return shipping package. If there is no RMA, it will take longer to process and/or may not be able to be completed. Generally 30 days after receiving confirmation of the completed return, a refund will be issued to your original payment credit card.
Conditions for Return
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Any rug that is delivered with defects, damage, or is the incorrect rug can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Store Credit will be given to you for the purchase of an identical replacement rug or to purchase a rug with equal or greater value. There are no re-stocking or return shipping fees for rugs with Defects, Damage or Incorrect shipments. HomeareaRugs.com must receive notice within 10 days of rug’s delivery either through our Contact Us tab at the bottom of the page or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For returns based on preferences (you don’t like the color, the size isn’t right, etc), please contact us within 10 days of rug’s delivery. The product must be in “Like-New” condition in the original packaging and able to be re-sold. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and a we will cover any restocking fees with the manufacturer.
Products that do not qualify for a return are custom sized rugs and opened rug mats.
